KIND Clusters contain 9 ingredients – almonds, sugar (cane and brown rice syrup), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sea salt. There is a subtly sweet flavour from the added sugars used to keep the clusters together, but I didn’t find the taste overly sweet. The clusters are crunchy and have a good texture. Overall, I enjoyed the flavour and texture. I sampled the Almond Pumpkin and Chia flavour. Looking for more healthy snack options?
